Who can see my chats?

No human creator, because there is no human creator. Every companion is AI, so there is no person on the other end who can read, screenshot, or leak your conversations. See why all-AI means better privacy.

What does SpiceMatch store about me?

Your account info (email, hashed password, date of birth, display name), your chat history so companions have memory, billing records, and where required, an age-verification pass or fail with a token. Not your ID images. See your data and what we store.

Do you store my ID for age verification?

No. Where verification is required, it runs on a third-party provider's systems. We keep only a pass or fail result and a reference token, not your ID images or document numbers. See how age verification works.

Can I use a fake name?

Yes, and we recommend a handle. Your companions never need your real identity, and a handle keeps your account separate from the rest of your online life. Sign-up does not ask for a phone number or ID.

How do I delete my data?

Delete your account from Settings, which erases your account and data. A small set of records may be retained where the law requires. See delete your account.

Is everyone on here really 18+?

You must be 18 or older to use SpiceMatch, confirmed at sign-up, with extra verification in regions that require it. Every character is a fictional adult too, with age enforced as a database constraint. See why SpiceMatch is 18+.

What content is banned?

Non-consent, minors, incest including step-relation framing, and bestiality, even in fiction. Consensual adult fantasy with fictional adults is allowed. See content policy.

Can I make a character look like a real person?

No. You cannot create content depicting any real, identifiable person, including celebrities. We run reverse-image checks and block prompts that name real people. See no real people.

What happens if someone tries to generate content involving a minor?

Immediate permanent ban on the first offense, and a blocked attempt counts the same as a completed one. We are legally required to report apparent violations to NCMEC, and we do. See reporting content and blocked regions.

Why is the UK blocked?

The United Kingdom is blocked at the network level under the Online Safety Act, because we cannot yet meet its age-assurance requirements. We will reopen it once an Ofcom-recognized method is integrated. See why some states require verification.

Can I use a VPN to get around a block?

No. Using a VPN, proxy, or location spoofing to dodge verification or a regional block is against our terms.

How do I report something?

Use the live chat widget at support.spicematch.ai or the contact page. For content depicting your likeness, we handle valid removal requests on an expedited basis.
