1. The brightest line: nothing involving minors
No sexual or suggestive content involving anyone under 18, real or fictional, in any form. That includes “barely legal” framing, age ambiguity, childlike presentation, and attempts to trick a character into roleplaying as a minor. First confirmed offense is a permanent ban with no appeal, and we report apparent violations to NCMEC as federal law requires. Federal law criminalizes AI-generated child sexual abuse material even when no real child exists.
2. No real people
No content depicting real, identifiable people: celebrities, influencers, your ex, anyone who exists. No deepfakes, no lookalike requests, no uploads of real photos. If intimate imagery appears to depict you, report it and valid requests are removed within 48 hours.
3. Consent is the line
SpiceMatch is for consensual adult fantasy. Non-consent themes, incest, bestiality, and similar categories are banned even between fictional adult characters. Consensual kink between clearly consenting adult characters is allowed within those limits.
4. Feed rules
- Post only SpiceMatch-generated content.
- No harassment, doxxing, hate speech, spam, or scams.
- Do not redistribute or resell locked posts and paid unlocks.
- No content promoting self-harm. If you are struggling, call or text 988 in the US.
5. Enforcement
Violations are enforced with automated filters, human review, and logging. Penalties range from content removal to permanent bans, and accounts closed for cause forfeit credits and subscription time. Except for confirmed minor-related and real-person violations, you can appeal an enforcement action.
