Content policy and what is allowed
SpiceMatch is for consensual adult fantasy between you and fictional adult AI characters. A lot is allowed inside that. Some themes are off the table even between two fictional adults, and those limits are firm. Here is the policy in plain terms, so you know where the lines are before you hit one.
What is allowed
Consensual adult content with a fictional adult companion is fine. That includes:
- Flirty, romantic, or sexual chat with a character you matched with.
- Photos (15 credits) and video (50 credits) generated to fit her character.
- Dominant and submissive dynamics, as long as they are consensual within the fiction.
The platform is built for this. Adult fantasy with AI adults is the product, not an exception we tolerate.
What is banned, even in fiction
Some themes are blocked no matter how you frame them, and a "they're both adults" or "it's just fantasy" disclaimer does not change it. Banned categories:
- Non-consent and coercion. Anything that depends on someone not consenting or being unable to consent.
- Minors. Any content depicting or appearing to depict a person under 18, without exception.
- Incest, including step-relation framing.
- Bestiality, and content that sexualizes serious injury or death.
These reflect both our standards and the rules of the payment networks we are bound by. The simple test: if a scenario depends on someone not consenting, being unable to consent, being a minor, or being an animal, it is banned.
How the limits are enforced
The rules are not just written, they are enforced in the system:
- A keyword and pattern guard runs first on every prompt, hardened against evasion like spaced-out letters and leetspeak.
- An AI intent classifier reads prompts that clear the keyword guard, judging the prompt alongside the character's age and recent chat, so implication without keywords still gets caught.
- Generated images and video are scanned before they reach you, using a visual-moderation classifier plus known-CSAM hash matching. Clean content is delivered. Borderline content is held for human review.
So if you steer into a banned theme, the companion will not follow and media will not generate. That is by design.
Every character is an adult
Character age is enforced as a database constraint set to 18 and up, not a setting anyone can change. Characters are generated in the mid-twenties range, well clear of visual ambiguity. Requests for childlike depictions, age regression, or "barely legal" framing are blocked, and the classifier judges the depiction, not any "she's 18" line in your prompt.
No real people
You cannot create content depicting any real, identifiable person, including celebrities and private individuals, with or without a consent claim. We run reverse-image checks on character art and block prompts that name real people. The federal TAKE IT DOWN Act criminalizes publishing non-consensual intimate images, including AI deepfakes, and we enforce against it.
The zero-tolerance line
Any attempt to generate content involving a minor results in an immediate permanent ban on the first offense, and a blocked attempt counts the same as a completed one. As an electronic service provider, we are legally required to report apparent violations to NCMEC, and we do. We preserve the data the law requires and cooperate with law enforcement. There is no warning and no second chance on this.
