What do credits cost to spend?

A photo is 15 credits and a video is 50 credits. Locked posts and premium moments unlock at the price shown on each one. You buy credits in packs, at the pack price shown at checkout. See how credits work.

What do the plans cost?

Free is $0 (10 chats a day). A per-character subscription is $2.99/mo for one companion. Platform plans are Starter+ $4.99, Spice+ $12.99, and VIP $29.99 a month. See plans and pricing.

What is the difference between credits and a subscription?

Credits are a one-time purchase for one-off unlocks like photos and video. A subscription is recurring access that raises your chat limits, with platform plans including credits. Many people use both. See how credits work.

Can I pay in crypto?

Yes, through ATLOS. Pick crypto at checkout, send from your wallet to the address shown, and your account unlocks once it confirms, usually within a few minutes. Crypto payments are final. See paying with crypto.

What shows on my card statement?

A discreet descriptor, which you see at checkout before you pay. Card payments go through Segpay. If you want no card line at all, pay in crypto. See discreet billing.

Why was my card declined?

Usually the bank flagging an adult-adjacent charge, not a problem with your card. Try again, use a different card, call your bank, or pay in crypto. See payment declined.

How do I cancel a subscription?

In the app: Account, Settings, Subscriptions, Cancel. Or use the processor's 24/7 portal. You keep benefits to the end of the period you paid for. See how to cancel.

Can I get a refund?

Digital sales are generally final. Exceptions: a failed generation re-issues credits automatically, and a renewal after you cancelled can be corrected by support. Crypto payments cannot be reversed. See refunds and failed generations.

What happens if a generation fails?

The credits are re-issued to your account automatically, whether you paid by card or crypto. Check your balance first. See didn't get my credits.

Do credits expire or have cash value?

Credits are a license to use features, not money. They have no cash value, cannot be cashed out, and spent credits are final once delivered. Unspent credits stay in your account. Check the purchase terms for any expiry.

Does cancelling delete my credits?

No. Credits are separate from subscriptions. Cancelling a plan stops the recurring charge but leaves your unspent credits in your account. Deleting your whole account does forfeit them. See delete your account.

Will I be charged when my free chats run out?

No. Nothing charges automatically just because you hit the daily cap. You only pay when you choose to buy credits or subscribe, and you see the price first.
