No real people on SpiceMatch

Nothing on SpiceMatch depicts a real human being. Every companion is a fictional AI character, every photo and video is AI-generated, and you cannot create content that looks like a real person. This is the foundation of the platform, both for privacy and for the law. Here is how it works and how it is enforced.

No real performers

Every image and every video is AI-generated. No real performer or model was photographed, filmed, or recorded to make any content on the site. There is no studio and no shoot. The companion and her media are synthetic, generated by software to fit her character.

Because nothing depicts an actual human, the platform sits outside the 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping rules, which apply to producers of sexual depictions of real people. No celebrity or look-alike content

You cannot create a character that looks like a celebrity or someone you know. This is prohibited and technically restricted:

• We run reverse-image checks on character art before it goes live.
• Our prompt filters block requests that name real people.
• Any resemblance between a SpiceMatch character and a real person is coincidental, and we enforce filters to keep it that way.

This protects real people and keeps the platform clear of laws against non-consensual intimate imagery. The federal TAKE IT DOWN Act criminalizes publishing non-consensual intimate images, including AI deepfakes, and we enforce against it.

No uploads of real people

SpiceMatch does not let users upload photographs or video of real people for publication on the service. You cannot bring in an image of a person and turn it into a character or content. The pipeline does not allow it, which closes off the most direct way someone might try to make content of a real individual.

The flip side of no real people is real privacy for you. Because there is no human creator behind any companion, there is no person who can screenshot your chat, recognize you, or leak the exchange.
