No real people on SpiceMatch

Every companion on SpiceMatch is a fictional AI character, and the photos and videos those companions create are synthetic. You cannot create a companion or generated scene that depicts an identifiable real person. Private user-upload tools are separate: an adult may submit their own body photo for a private rating or send their own photo in a private chat after giving the required consent.

No real performers

Every companion image and video is AI-generated. No real performer or model was photographed, filmed, or recorded to make a creator profile, feed post, or generated chat request. The companion and her media are synthetic, generated by software to fit her character.

We keep generation records that identify synthetic creator media and apply separate consent, moderation, access, and retention controls to private user uploads. See content policy and safety.

No celebrity or look-alike content

You cannot create a character that looks like a celebrity or someone you know. This is prohibited and technically restricted:

• We run reverse-image checks on character art before it goes live.
• Our prompt filters block requests that name real people.
• Any resemblance between a SpiceMatch character and a real person is coincidental, and we enforce filters to keep it that way.

This protects real people and keeps the platform clear of laws against non-consensual intimate imagery. The federal TAKE IT DOWN Act criminalizes publishing non-consensual intimate images, including AI deepfakes, and we enforce against it.

Private uploads are limited to the uploader

Private rating and chat-photo tools let a consenting adult submit their own image. The user must confirm ownership, age, consent, and the rules shown in that flow. Those uploads are reviewed and are not published as creator content. You cannot submit another person, turn a real person into a character, or use a real person's likeness in generated media.

Why this matters for your privacy

The flip side of no real people is real privacy for you. Because there is no human creator behind any companion, there is no person who can screenshot your chat, recognize you, or leak the exchange. The absence of real people on the platform is the same thing that makes it private for the people using it. See why all-AI means better privacy.

If you think you see your likeness

If you believe content on SpiceMatch depicts your likeness, you can request removal through our content-removal process. We handle valid requests on an expedited basis, within 48 hours for non-consensual intimate imagery. Reach out through the contact page with the detail needed to identify the content.

The bottom line

SpiceMatch creator profiles and creator media are synthetic. Private user uploads stay in their restricted product flow and cannot become a creator, public post, or real-person generation reference. SpiceMatch is fantasy with fictional AI adults, not a dating service for meeting humans.
