SpiceMatch content policy: all characters are AI-generated adults

All creator, feed, and paid media produced by SpiceMatch is AI-generated. Every creator image, video, voice, and feed post is created by software. No real performer, model, or person is photographed, filmed, or recorded to produce that content.

Members may separately submit their own photos in limited profile, rating, and one-to-one chat features. Those uploads are not creator or feed media and are governed by the consent, quarantine, moderation, and evidence-retention controls below.

This page is our plain-English statement about synthetic content and the 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping rules. SpiceMatch-produced creator and feed content depicts no actual human performer. Member-submitted media is handled separately and is not commissioned or produced by SpiceMatch.

All platform-produced content is synthetic

Every visual depiction produced by SpiceMatch for a creator or feed is computer-generated using artificial intelligence. There are no real performers behind any character. Because that platform-produced content portrays no actual human performer:

• The operator of this site is not a producer of any visual depiction of an actual human engaged in sexually explicit conduct under 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
• No performer age-verification records exist or are required under those rules for this content.
• The labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257(e) do not apply to this content.

If SpiceMatch ever produces content depicting actual human performers, the platform will comply fully with 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, including keeping the required records with a designated custodian, before that content goes live.

Every character is an adult

We do not rely on a promise here. We made it structural.

Character age is enforced as a database constraint set to 18 and up, so it cannot be set lower by anyone, including us in normal operation, and a stray script or seed file cannot bypass it. In practice we generate and seed characters in the mid-twenties range, well clear of any visual ambiguity. Every character profile displays its age. We never style it as a mystery.

Server-side controls, including prompt filtering and automated review of outputs before delivery, are designed to prevent the generation of any content depicting or appearing to depict a minor. That content is banned without exception. Any apparent violation is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) as 18 U.S.C. 2258A requires.

No real-person likenesses

SpiceMatch prohibits and technically restricts the generation of content depicting real, identifiable individuals, including celebrities and private persons. We run reverse-image checks on character art before it goes live, and our prompt filters block requests that name real people. Any resemblance between a SpiceMatch character and a real person is coincidental.

If you believe content on SpiceMatch depicts your likeness, you can request removal through our content-removal process, and we handle valid requests on an expedited basis, within 48 hours for non-consensual intimate imagery.

Provenance and records

We retain technical generation logs for content produced on the platform: the AI model used, generation parameters, timestamps, and output identifiers. Those logs show that creator and feed content is synthetic and was not derived from recordings of real people. SpiceMatch does not permit real-person photos or video to be used as creator content, generated-media source material, or public feed content. A member may publish a reviewed, non-explicit profile photo only after the consent and safety checks below.

User photo safeguards

User photos can be submitted in limited profile, rating, and one-to-one chat features. Before each upload, the user must confirm that they are 18 or older, that every person shown is an adult, that every person shown consented, and that the user has the right to submit the photo. Adult-content access also requires age verification where applicable by law.

Uploads are stored in a private quarantine area before review. Automated controls screen them for prohibited content, apparent minors, and known child sexual abuse material. Blocked or uncertain uploads are withheld from delivery and retained for authorized compliance review. Profile photos must also clear a non-explicit-content check before publication. Users may not upload random or unrelated people, create a creator from a real person's photo, or use the service for deepfakes, harassment, coercion, or non-consensual intimate imagery.

SpiceMatch does not condone human sex trafficking. We report all instances of suspected human trafficking to the proper authorities.

A note on this statement

This statement reflects the operator's good-faith position that 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A do not apply to wholly computer-generated content depicting no actual person. How those statutes apply to AI-generated content has not been fully settled by the courts. For removal requests, age questions, or anything else here, contact support.
