1. Copyright complaints
If you own a copyright and believe content on SpiceMatch infringes it, send a takedown notice to our designated agent with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512: identification of your work, the location of the infringing material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and your signature. We remove or disable access to material in response to valid notices and terminate repeat infringers.

2. Likeness claims are different
If you believe content depicts you or your likeness, that is usually not a copyright matter. Use our expedited removal process instead: email [email protected]. Valid intimate-imagery removal requests are honored within 48 hours.
