18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

Every performer, creator, and character depicted on SpiceMatch is entirely AI-generated and fictional. They are not real people. Every creator image, creator video, voice, and feed post is created by artificial intelligence. No real performer, model, or person was photographed, filmed, recorded, or otherwise used to produce that content.

Members may separately submit their own photos through limited profile, rating, and one-to-one chat features. Those uploads are not creator or feed media and are governed by separate consent, quarantine, safety-screening, and evidence-retention controls.

The record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 apply to producers of visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct. They exist to verify that real performers were adults at the time of recording.

SpiceMatch-produced creator and feed content has no real performers. It is wholly computer-generated and depicts no actual person, so no performer records exist for that synthetic content. Member-submitted media is not commissioned or produced by SpiceMatch and is handled under the separate controls described below.

Although the statute does not apply to fictional AI content, SpiceMatch holds itself to its purpose voluntarily:

• No AI creator or character is designed to appear underage. Every AI creator is built and verified to depict an adult, 18 or older. Server-side technical controls are designed to block the generation of any content that depicts or appears to depict a minor, this is prohibited without exception, and apparent violations are reported to NCMEC as federal law requires.
• No real person's likeness is copied or used. Generation of real, identifiable people, including celebrities and private individuals, is prohibited and technically restricted. Anyone who believes content depicts their likeness can request expedited removal at [email protected].
• We keep generation logs (AI model, parameters, timestamps, and output identifiers) sufficient to show that content is wholly synthetic and was not derived from recordings of real people.
• Members may publish only reviewed, non-explicit profile photos. Limited rating and one-to-one chat uploads require an all-adult, consent, and right-to-share confirmation and are quarantined and screened before delivery. Member photos cannot be used as creator content, generated-media source material, or feed posts.

If SpiceMatch ever produced content depicting actual human performers engaged in sexually explicit conduct, it would comply fully with 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, including maintaining the required records, before any such content went live.
