1. What we collect
Your email and account settings, your chats with characters, your generation prompts and outputs, your purchase history, and basic device data. We do not store government IDs or biometric data, and full card numbers go only to the payment processor, never to us.
2. Sensitive data gets extra care
Chats and generation history on an adult platform can reveal details about your sex life. We treat that as sensitive personal information. We ask for separate, explicit consent at signup, we restrict and log staff access, and we use this data only to run the service and meet safety and legal duties.
3. No ads, no selling
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for behavioral advertising. Your chats are never used to target ads, and our AI providers are not permitted to train models on your content except as disclosed in the full policy.
4. Who touches your data
Service providers under contract: the AI chat provider (xAI), image and video generation providers, our database host (Supabase), and the payment processor. We disclose data to NCMEC and law enforcement when federal law requires it.
5. Age verification (your email is shared with VerifyMy)
To access certain parts of the service, your email address is shared with our age-verification partner, VerifyMy (VerifyMyAge), and used to confirm you are an adult. VerifyMy first runs a background age check on the email you sign up with. If that cannot confirm you in a place where verification is legally required, VerifyMy may offer fallback checks such as facial age estimation or ID plus face match on its secure page. We do not store your government ID, facial scan, selfie, date of birth, or biometric data. Your email and any fallback verification data are processed by VerifyMy under their own Privacy Policy, which you can read at verifymy.io/privacy-policy. We only receive a pass or fail result and a reference number.
6. Your rights
You can access, download, correct, and delete your data, delete individual conversations, and delete your whole account from settings. US state privacy rights (CCPA and similar) and GDPR rights apply where relevant. After an account deletion request, data is removed within the window stated in the full policy, except records the law makes us keep, such as transaction history.
