1. What you are buying
Credit packs are one-time purchases of a usage license. Credits are not money and have no cash value. Subscriptions renew automatically, and the price, interval, and cancellation method are shown at checkout before you confirm. Digital content is delivered immediately.
2. Cancelling
Cancel any time in the app under Account, Settings, Subscriptions, or through the payment processor's own consumer portal shown on your receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals and your benefits run to the end of the paid period.

3. When we refund
- Unauthorized or fraudulent charges, verified after review.
- Duplicate billing or a technical error that double-charged you.
- Credits charged for a generation that failed and was not automatically re-credited.
- A renewal charge after you already confirmed cancellation.
- Anywhere consumer law requires it.
4. When we do not refund
- Credits already spent on delivered chats, unlocks, or generations.
- Dislike of how an AI image, video, or conversation turned out.
- Time left in a billing period after you cancel.
- Balances forfeited when an account is closed for breaking the rules.
5. Before you call your bank
The charge on your statement uses a discreet descriptor shown at checkout, so it will not say SpiceMatch. An unrecognized descriptor is the most common cause of mistaken disputes. Contact support first, or use the processor support link shown on your receipt. Genuine billing errors are refunded without a fight, while chargebacks on delivered purchases can lead to account closure.
