You must be at least 18 years old to use SpiceMatch. The service contains sexually explicit material made for adults. Where the law requires it, you must pass age verification through a third-party provider before viewing adult content. We store only the verification result, never copies of your ID. The service is geo-blocked in some places, including the UK, and getting around those blocks violates the terms.

Every character, image, video, and conversation on SpiceMatch is generated by artificial intelligence. The characters are not real people and no real performers appear anywhere on the service. You are talking to software, and the app shows recurring reminders of that. SpiceMatch is entertainment. It is not therapy or professional advice of any kind. Credits are a license to use features like image and video generation. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or cashed out. Subscriptions (per-character and VIP) renew automatically until you cancel. Price, billing interval, and how to cancel are shown before you buy. You can cancel any time in account settings or through the payment processor, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

• Any sexual content involving minors, real or fictional. Zero tolerance, immediate permanent ban, and reports to NCMEC as federal law requires.
• Content depicting real, identifiable people, including celebrities and anyone you know.
• Non-consent themes, incest, bestiality, and similar prohibited categories.
• Any attempt to arrange real-world sexual services. SpiceMatch never connects you with real people.
• Bypassing filters, age checks, or geo-blocks; scraping; reverse engineering.

Anyone can report content. If intimate imagery appears to depict you, a valid removal request is honored within 48 hours. Copyright claims go to our DMCA agent. If your content or account is actioned, you can appeal.

The service is provided as is, and our liability is capped as described in these terms. Disputes are resolved by individual arbitration with a class action waiver. New users can opt out of arbitration in writing within 30 days of creating an account.
