Credits & billing
How credits work
Credits are how you pay for one-off unlocks on SpiceMatch without committing to a subscription. You buy a pack once, it sits in your account, and you spend it on photos, video, and locked content as you go. This page explains what credits cost to spend, how to buy them, and what happens to unused ones.
What credits buy
Credits unlock media inside chat and the feed. The set costs are:
- An image costs 15 credits.
- A video costs 50 credits.
- Locked posts and premium moments unlock with credits too, at the price shown on each one.
When you ask a companion for a photo or video in chat, the credits come out of your balance and the media generates and appears in the conversation. You see the cost before it is spent.
Buying credits
You buy credits in packs. Go to the credits or wallet area in your account, pick a pack, and check out. The pack price is shown at checkout before you confirm. You can pay by card through a discreet statement descriptor, or in crypto through ATLOS if you would rather keep card details out of it.
Buying a credit pack is a one-time purchase. It does not start a subscription and it does not auto-renew. When you run low, you buy another pack.
Credits are a license, not cash
Credits are a license to use features, not money sitting in an account. That means a few specific things:
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be cashed out or transferred.
- Spent credits are final once the image or video is delivered to you.
- Unspent credits stay in your account for you to use later.
Check what is shown at the time of purchase for any expiry terms on a given pack.
What if a generation fails?
If you spend credits on a photo or video and it fails to deliver, the credits are re-issued to your account automatically. You are not charged for something you did not receive. If you were charged and the media never showed up and the credits did not come back, that is worth contacting support about. See didn't get my credits for the steps.
Credits versus subscriptions
Credits and subscriptions solve different problems.
- Credits are pay-as-you-go. Best if you want media now and then and do not want a recurring charge.
- Subscriptions are recurring access. A per-character plan is $2.99 a month for one companion, and platform plans (Starter+, Spice+, VIP) raise your chat limits and include credits.
Some people use both: a subscription for chat headroom plus credit packs when they want a burst of photos or video. You can mix them however you like.
