How chat works

Open Messages, then choose the creator conversation. Type in the message box and press Send message. These are fictional AI characters. Their replies are generated and can take time; a fast reply or uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

Continue a conversation

Your existing conversations appear in Messages. A creator can use the available conversation history and saved memory for continuity, but memory may be incomplete. If a detail is wrong, correct it in the conversation. Do not treat a character's answer as a verified account or billing record.

Check the current allowance

The app shows the remaining message allowance and any available upgrade or credit option. Review those current terms before confirming a purchase. Having an account or a credit balance does not mean every message or feature is unlimited.

Photos, private ratings and generated media are different

• Send a photo beside the composer opens the personal-photo consent and upload flow.
• Ask for a photo or Ask for a video requests generated media. Review its displayed price before confirming.
• The private rating action has its own upload, review and confirmation. The public entry is the private rating page.

Read the feature navigation guide for the exact steps. The support widget cannot receive or rate a photo.

If a reply does not arrive

Check the status shown in the conversation. If Retry reply appears, use that control for the missing response. If it still fails, contact support with the exact error, creator conversation and approximate time. Avoid repeatedly confirming a paid request while its outcome is unknown. See chat not responding.

Chat and media remain subject to the content policy. A support conversation cannot override a safety decision or verify why a particular upload was rejected without its error record.
