Most of what you need to manage your SpiceMatch account lives in one place: the account area, under Settings. This page is a map of what you can change and where, from your login details to your subscriptions.

Where settings live

Open Account, then Settings. From there you reach the sections for your profile, your login, your subscriptions, and your notifications. Billing and credits have their own area in the account section too.

Changing your email

Your email is your login and where account and billing notices go. To change it, open Settings and update the email field, then confirm. You may need to verify the new address before the change takes effect, so the account does not get pointed at an inbox you do not control. Keep this address current, since password resets go there.

Changing your password

In Settings, use the password option to set a new one. Pick something you do not use elsewhere. If you have forgotten your current password and cannot get in, use the password reset flow on the login screen, which emails a reset link to your registered address. See can't log in if reset is not working.

Display name

Your display name is what shows in the app. It can be a handle and does not have to be your real name. We would suggest a handle, since your companions never need your real identity and it keeps your account separate from the rest of your online life. Change it in Settings under your profile.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed under Account, Settings, Subscriptions. From there you can see active plans and cancel any of them. Cancelling keeps your benefits to the end of the period you paid for, then drops you to the free tier. See how to cancel and plans and pricing.

Credits and billing

Your credit balance and billing history live in the credits or wallet area of the account section. Buy a pack, check your balance, and review past purchases there. Payment options are card through a discreet descriptor or crypto through ATLOS.

Notifications

If your companions send messages or the app sends alerts, you can control those in the notification settings. Turn off the ones you do not want. This is also where push notification permission is managed if you enabled it.

Deleting the account

If you want to remove the account entirely rather than just change a setting, that is a separate action. See delete your account, which explains what gets erased and what is permanent.

When something will not change

If a setting will not save, refresh the app and try once more, since a stale session can block a save. If it still fails, log out and back in. If the problem sticks, reach support through the contact page with a note on which setting and what happened.
