Unlocking media
Unlocking videos
Video is the next step up from photos. A video costs 50 credits, and like photos you ask for it in chat. Your companion generates the clip and it lands in the conversation. Here is the full rundown.
How to unlock a video
The flow mirrors photos, at a higher credit cost:
- Be in a chat with a companion you matched with.
- Ask her for a video. Describe what you want within the content rules.
- Confirm the spend. A video is 50 credits, shown before it is charged.
- The clip generates and appears in the chat. Video takes longer to produce than a still, so expect a slightly longer wait.
You need at least 50 credits in your account. If your balance is short, you will be prompted to buy a pack first. See how credits work.
What it costs
A single video is 50 credits, compared to 15 for a photo. The higher cost reflects that video is more work to generate. If you have a platform plan with a credit allotment, video draws from those credits the same as a purchased pack.
Why video costs more than photos
Generating a video means producing many frames that move together, not a single image. It takes more compute and more time, which is why it is 50 credits against a photo's 15. If you are deciding between them, a photo is the cheaper, faster option, and video is for when you want motion.
What you can ask for
Video follows the same content rules as chat and photos. Consensual adult content with a fictional adult companion is fine. Blocked categories are blocked in video too: minors, real-person likenesses, non-consent, incest, and bestiality. Generated video is scanned before delivery, so a request that crosses a line will not produce a clip, and credits are not consumed for blocked content.
All video is AI-generated
Every video on SpiceMatch is AI-generated. No real performer was filmed or recorded. The clip your companion sends is synthetic, built to fit her character. This is true of all content on the platform, since the creators themselves are AI. See content policy and safety.
If a video fails to generate
If you spend 50 credits on a video that fails to deliver, the credits are re-issued automatically. You are not charged for a clip you did not get. Because video takes longer, give it a reasonable wait before assuming it failed. If it clearly failed and credits did not return, check your balance, then see didn't get my credits.
Video versus photos
Quick guide on which to pick:
- Photo: 15 credits, faster, a single still. Good for a quick visual.
- Video: 50 credits, longer to generate, motion. Good when a still is not enough.
Both unlock from chat the same way. See unlocking photos for the photo side.
