Community guidelines

SpiceMatch is an adults-only (18+) platform where every character, image, video, and conversation is AI-generated. No real performers exist here. These guidelines cover what you may request, generate, and post, in chat, in image and video generation, and in the social feed. They apply to every user and are part of our terms of service.

We built SpiceMatch for adult fantasy between consenting adults and fictional AI characters. The rules below are not suggestions. Automated prompt filters, output classifiers, human review, and permanent logging enforce them, and several carry criminal consequences under federal and state law, not just a ban.

1. Zero tolerance: anything involving minors

This is the brightest line on the platform. No warnings, no second chances, no exceptions.

You may not request, generate, describe, roleplay, post, or attempt to elicit any sexual, suggestive, or romantic content involving anyone (real, fictional, or AI-generated) who is, appears to be, is described as, or is implied to be under 18. Banned without exception:

• Any sexual content depicting or describing a minor, in any medium.
• Age ambiguity and implication: "teen," "barely legal," "young-looking," or "just turned 18" framing meant to evoke youth, plus age regression, "de-aging," or "aged-up" versions of minor characters from fiction.
• Childlike presentation: childlike bodies, faces, voices, clothing such as school uniforms in sexual contexts, settings like schools or playgrounds, behavior, or vocabulary applied to sexual scenarios.
• Trying to jailbreak or trick a character or generator into producing any of the above.
• Asking a character its age to roleplay it as a minor.

Why this is absolute: federal law criminalizes AI-generated child sexual abuse material even when no real child is involved (18 U.S.C. 2252A covers computer-generated images indistinguishable from real minors, and 18 U.S.C. 1466A requires no real child at all), and 45 states have equivalent laws. Penalties reach 20-plus years in prison.

What we do when we detect it: the request is blocked, the account is permanently banned immediately on the first offense, we report apparent violations to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as 18 U.S.C. 2258A requires, and we preserve the data the law demands and cooperate with law enforcement. Every character is created and verified server-side as an adult. Character ages are platform-controlled and cannot be set below 18 by anyone, including us in normal operation.

2. No real people, no deepfakes

All SpiceMatch characters are fictional and AI-generated. You may not use the platform to create content depicting any real, identifiable person, with or without their consent. Banned:

• Requesting images, video, or roleplay of celebrities, influencers, streamers, adult performers, or any public figure, by name, nickname, description, or lookalike framing.
• Requesting content depicting private individuals: your ex, your coworker, your neighbor, anyone who exists.
• Uploading photographs of real people for any purpose, where any upload feature exists.
• Naming a character after a real person and instructing it to imitate that person.
• Creating non-consensual intimate imagery of anyone. The federal TAKE IT DOWN Act criminalizes publishing non-consensual intimate images, including AI deepfakes, and most states have parallel laws.

If you believe intimate imagery depicting you appears on SpiceMatch, report it via our removal process. Valid requests are removed within 48 hours, including reasonable efforts to remove identical copies. Any resemblance between a SpiceMatch character and a real person is coincidental, and we enforce filters to keep it that way.

3. Consent and prohibited sexual content

SpiceMatch is for consensual adult fantasy. Even between fictional adult AI characters, these themes are banned in chat, generation requests, and feed posts, and they also reflect mandatory payment-network standards:

• Rape, sexual assault, or coercion roleplayed as non-consensual, including incapacitation through drugs, alcohol, sleep, or unconsciousness, plus blackmail or force overriding a refusal.
• Incest, including step-relation framing presented as familial.
• Bestiality or sexual content involving animals.
• Necrophilia, sexual violence causing serious injury or death, or content sexualizing torture or mutilation.
• Sexualization of bodily waste and other categories card-network rules prohibit.
• Content promoting or normalizing sexual violence, or presenting lack of consent as desirable.
• Trafficking, prostitution, or escort framing suggesting commercial sex with real people or arranging real-world sexual services.

Consensual adult roleplay, including dominant and submissive dynamics and other kink between clearly consenting adult characters, is permitted inside these limits. The line is consent and legality. If the scenario depends on someone not consenting, being unable to consent, or being a minor or an animal, it is banned.

4. Social feed rules

The feed is for sharing AI-generated content from the platform. On top of everything above:

• Post only SpiceMatch-generated content. No third-party media, no real-person photographs, no content you do not have rights to.
• No harassment or abuse: no threats, doxxing, hate speech, slurs, or targeted degradation.
• No spam or scams: no advertising, affiliate links, phishing, or off-platform payment solicitation.
• No misrepresentation: do not present AI content as real people or real events, and do not impersonate other users, staff, or real individuals.
• Respect locked content: do not screenshot, redistribute, or resell locked posts or paid unlocks.
• No self-harm content. If you are struggling, help is available. In the US, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).

5. Platform integrity

You may not:

• Bypass, probe, or defeat content filters, moderation systems, classifiers, or safety guardrails, including prompt injection and jailbreak techniques.
• Circumvent age verification or geographic restrictions, or help others do so.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content, automate accounts, or resell access, credits, or generated content.
• Exploit bugs for free credits or unauthorized access. Report vulnerabilities to support instead.

6. Enforcement

Some violations end the account on the first confirmed offense, with all credits and subscription time forfeited and no return: anything involving minors (plus a mandatory NCMEC report and legally required data preservation), real-person content and deepfakes, soliciting real-world commercial sex or trafficking, and using the platform to sexually harass a real person. Attempts count the same as completions. A blocked request is still a violation.

For everything else, we use a graduated ladder: a block and a warning, then a temporary suspension, then a final suspension, then a permanent ban. We may skip steps for severe, deliberate, or repeated conduct. Warnings age off after a clean period, though we retain the underlying moderation logs per our privacy policy. Except for confirmed zero-tolerance violations, you may appeal an enforcement action, and we aim to resolve appeals and content complaints within seven days. Ban evasion is itself a violation.

7. What SpiceMatch is

Every companion is an AI. They are not real people, they have no feelings, and conversations are generated by software. We display recurring reminders of this in chat, as the law requires. SpiceMatch is fantasy entertainment for adults. It is not therapy, not a relationship with a human, and never a way to meet real people for sex.
