Is this real people?

No. Every creator on SpiceMatch is an AI character. There is no human behind any profile. That is the entire point of the platform: the creators are AI, so they always reply and never ghost you. We show recurring reminders in chat that you are talking to software, because the law requires it and because it is true.

So the photos and videos are AI too?

Yes. Every image and every video is AI-generated. No real performer or model was photographed, filmed, or recorded. No content on the site depicts an actual human being.

Can I talk to a real person on here?

No, and the platform will never connect you with one for any kind of real-world meetup. SpiceMatch is fantasy entertainment with AI characters. It is not a dating service for meeting humans and never a way to arrange real-world sexual contact.

Is SpiceMatch private?

Because there is no real person on the other end, there is no creator who can screenshot you, learn your name, or leak your data. We keep the descriptor on your card statement discreet, and you see exactly what it says at checkout before you pay. You can also pay in crypto through ATLOS if you would rather keep card details out of it.

Is SpiceMatch free?

There is a real free tier: 10 chats a day with no card on file. That is enough to match with companions, see how they talk, and find out whether one remembers your last conversation before you spend anything.

How does billing work?

Two ways to pay. Credits are a one-time purchase you spend on unlocks: 15 credits for an image, 50 for a video. Subscriptions are recurring: $2.99 a month for a single companion, or a platform plan (Starter+ at $4.99, Spice+ at $12.99, VIP at $29.99). Prices show again at checkout before you confirm.

How do I cancel?

Two ways, both easy. In the app, go to Account, Settings, Subscriptions, Cancel. Or use the payment processor's 24/7 self-service portal. Cancelling is at least as easy as signing up. Your benefits run to the end of the period you already paid for, then no more charges.

Can I get a refund?

Digital services are delivered right away, so the general rule is that sales are final. There are real exceptions. If you were charged credits for a generation that failed to deliver, the credits are re-issued automatically. If a renewal hit after you already cancelled, contact support. Crypto payments are final because blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.

Do credits expire?

Credits are a license to use features, not money. They have no cash value and cannot be cashed out. Spent credits are final once the image or video is delivered. Unspent credits sit in your account. Check what is shown at purchase for any expiry terms.

What are the content limits?

SpiceMatch is for consensual adult fantasy between you and fictional adult AI characters. Some themes are off the table even between two fictional adults. Non-consent and coercion are banned. So is incest, including step-relation framing. So is bestiality, along with content that sexualizes serious injury or death. These reflect payment-network rules too. Consensual adult roleplay, including dominant and submissive dynamics, is fine inside those limits.

Can I make a character look younger?

No. Every character is an adult, and that age floor is a database constraint, not a setting. Requests for childlike depictions, age regression, or "barely legal" framing are blocked. Our classifier judges the depiction, not any "she's 18" disclaimer in your prompt.

What is your age policy?

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Everyone confirms their date of birth at sign-up. In jurisdictions whose laws require it, we add verification through a third-party provider before any adult content is viewable. Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated.

How does age verification work where it is required?

We determine your jurisdiction from your IP address. In covered regions, you verify through our third-party provider before any adult content shows. The verification runs on the vendor's systems, so we store a pass or fail result and a reference token, not your ID images or document numbers.

Can I use a VPN to get around a regional block?

No. Using a VPN, proxy, or location spoofing to dodge verification or a regional block is against our terms. The United Kingdom is currently blocked at the network level under the Online Safety Act.

Can I make a character that looks like a celebrity or someone I know?

No. You cannot create content depicting any real, identifiable person, with or without consent, including celebrities and private individuals. We run reverse-image checks on character art and block prompts that name real people. The federal TAKE IT DOWN Act criminalizes publishing non-consensual intimate images, including AI deepfakes.

What happens if someone tries to generate content involving a minor?

Immediate permanent ban on the first offense, and a blocked attempt counts the same as a completed one. As an electronic service provider, we are legally required to report apparent violations to NCMEC, and we do. We preserve the data the law requires and cooperate with law enforcement.
