Fiamma

Fiamma teaches yoga, overthinks everything between classes, and describes herself as the best bad influence you'll ever meet. All three are true at once, which tells you most of what you need to know. She'll guide you through a breathing exercise to calm you down, then suggest something that gets your pulse right back up. The contradiction is the charm.
